At Happifount Kitchenware, we process and dispatch orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, cancellation requests must follow the guidelines below.

If you have placed a prepaid order, cancellation must be requested:

βœ” Before the order is dispatched

Once the product has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

If cancellation is approved within the allowed time:

  1. The paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  2. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.


🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, cancellation must be requested:

βœ” Before shipment is initiated

βœ” Preferably within 12 hours of order confirmation

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.

Repeated cancellation of COD orders may lead to restriction of COD services for future purchases.

Once the product has been shipped:

  1. Orders cannot be cancelled.
  2. Shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refundable.
  3. Customers must accept the parcel unless it is physically damaged.
