4️⃣ Order Confirmation & Cancellation

1. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
2. Cancellation requests must be made before shipment.
3. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or unforeseen issues.

In case of cancellation from our side, the full amount paid will be refunded.

3. Delays due to courier issues, weather conditions, or external factors are beyond our control.

Risk of product damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

We do not accept general returns.

Replacement is accepted only if:

2. Customer informs us within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Unboxing video proof is provided without cuts.

Refunds are not provided. Only replacement will be arranged after verification.
